套装组合件：镁合金牺牲阳极套装组合件是我公司为适应工程建设高节奏的施工要求，在以往的单只牺牲阳极的基础上，辅以套装配件的新概念阳极产品。使客户施工更方便、省时，更能满足顾客要求。

Components: A new-type anode product with accessories, designed for efficient construction. It simplifies operation and saves time for customers, based on single sacrificial anodes.

镁合金牺牲阳极根据电化学原理，从镁合金阳极材料体上通过土壤、水等电解质向被保护主体(如钢制结构)提供阴极电流，使被保护的钢制结构进行阴极化，实现阴极保护。随着电流的不断流动，阳极材料不断消耗掉。这就是牺牲阳极名称的由来。

Based on electrochemical principles, the magnesium alloy anode provides cathodic current to the protected steel structure through soil/water electrolytes, achieving cathodic protection. The anode material is consumed continuously during current flow—hence the name "sacrificial anode".

成套牺牲阳极，由镁牺牲阳极1支、一根VV-1×10mm²电缆3米、填包料、棉布口袋1条、塑料编织袋1条组成。即棉布口袋内有镁牺牲阳极1支，其铁芯上焊接VV-1×10mm²电缆3米1根，焊接处做绝缘处理，并套有热缩管。镁牺牲阳极周围均匀分布50kg填料包。棉布口袋外套塑料编织袋1条。

Complete set includes: 1 magnesium anode, 1 VV-1×10mm² cable (3m), backfill material, 1 cotton bag, 1 plastic woven bag. The anode is welded with the cable (insulated with heat-shrinkable tube) and surrounded by 50kg backfill in the cotton bag.

镁牺牲阳极适用于在土壤、淡水及海水等介质中工作的钢制设施的阴极保护。

Applicable for cathodic protection of steel facilities in soil, freshwater, and seawater.

以上的镁合金牺牲阳极也可以经组装后提供给客户。裸阳极首先和电缆连接，连接部位用环氧树脂密封。然后加填充料封装在棉布袋里。

Anodes can be supplied assembled: Bare anode is connected to the cable (sealed with epoxy resin) and packaged with backfill in a cotton bag.

电缆规格：6平方毫米、10平方毫米、16平方毫米、25平方毫米、35平方毫米，标配电缆为10平方毫米，长度3米。亦可根据客户要求定制长度与规格。

Cable Specifications: 6/10/16/25/35mm² (standard: 10mm², 3m; customizable length/specifications).

填充料的构成：

Backfill Composition:

• 石膏粉：75%

Gypsum powder: 75%

• 膨润土：20%

Bentonite: 20%

• 无水硫酸钠：5%

Anhydrous sodium sulfate: 5%
