测试桩主要用于埋地钢质管道的电位、电流、绝缘性能的检测，是管道管理维护中必不可少的装置之一。测试桩一般参考测试功能及管道现场工况沿线布设，如电位测试桩、电流测试桩、绝缘接头测试桩、交叉桩等。

Test piles are mainly used for the detection of potential, current and insulation performance of buried steel pipelines, and are one of the indispensable devices in pipeline management and maintenance. Test piles are generally laid along the line with reference to test functions and on-site pipeline working conditions, such as potential test piles, current test piles, insulation joint test piles, cross piles, etc.

测试桩组成

Composition of Test Pile

测试桩一般由桩体、接线板、铭牌组成，有的测试桩可根据现场配备固定底板。常用的材质有钢质和聚碳酸酯及玻璃钢。

Test piles are generally composed of pile body, junction board and nameplate. Some test piles can be equipped with fixed bottom plates according to the site. Common materials include steel, polycarbonate and FRP.

分类及功能

Classification and Functions

电位测试桩：用于测量管道对地电位，可测量直流电位或交流电压，一般用两条测试线同时与管道焊接。

Potential Test Pile: Used to measure the pipeline-to-ground potential, can measure DC potential or AC voltage, generally welded to the pipeline with two test lines at the same time.

电流测试桩：用于测量管道内电流的流向和大小，由4条测试导线组成，在测量管段两端各2条，管段的长度一般为30m，对于大口径管道，因30m管段纵向电阻太小，影响测量精度，应当适当加长。

Current Test Pile: Used to measure the direction and magnitude of current in the pipeline, composed of 4 test wires, 2 at each end of the measuring pipe section. The length of the pipe section is generally 30m. For large-diameter pipelines, the longitudinal resistance of the 30m pipe section is too small, which affects the measurement accuracy and should be appropriately lengthened.

Sacrificial Anode Test Pile: Used to measure the performance parameters of sacrificial anodes

绝缘接头测试桩：用于测试绝缘接头的有效性，在绝缘接头的两侧各焊接一根电缆引至测试桩接线板上，通过测量两侧电位值或通过PCM检测判断绝缘效果是否有效。

Insulation Joint Test Pile: Used to test the effectiveness of insulation joints. Weld a cable on each side of the insulation joint to the test pile junction board, and judge whether the insulation effect is effective by measuring the potential values on both sides or through PCM detection.
